Samples & Decants

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all perfume samples and decants are final sale once shipped. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When we will replace or refund

• You received the wrong item
• ได้รับสินค้าผิดรายการ
• Your order arrived damaged or leaking
• สินค้าเสียหายหรือรั่วไหลระหว่างการจัดส่ง
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
• สินค้าที่ได้รับแตกต่างจากที่สั่งซื้ออย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
